• Discord identifiers needed for bot features and matchmaking.
• Linked Clash player/clan tags and ranking metadata.
• Queue, match, verification, and support request records.
• Submitted screenshots for verification/support workflows.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is used to operate matchmaking, validate matches, calculate rankings, and handle support/escalations.

3. Sharing

Data is not sold. Limited information may be sent to configured infrastructure services (for example webhook processing and hosting/CDN) strictly to run the platform.

4. Retention

Match and ranking records may be retained for integrity, anti-abuse enforcement, and historical season tracking.

5. Relationship with Supercell

Clash Arena has an official partnership with Supercell's Clash of Clans but remains independently operated. Supercell does not operate this service. The partnership does not, by itself, cause information submitted to Clash Arena to be shared with Supercell. If a specific promotion, reward, or activity requires information to be shared, the applicable notice or terms will explain what is shared and why.
